There are many positions to fill such as construction helpers for building props and set up. Make - up helpers to get everyone ready for the haunt. Henchmen ( actors for the haunt). Runners who help with the behind the scene activity such as refilling fog machines, making sure the henchmen have drinks, food, gloves, ect. Next to the actors this is one of the biggest jobs at Rallville. 3. Make a donation. All the organizations that we have or will donate to need our support. If you can't make it to Rallville and still would like to make a contribution, contact us and we will give you the information that you need to send your donation directly to the organization of your choice. |

We began charging a small admission fee after 2 years of doing the haunt for free and trying a donation box for a year. Why? Certainly not to get rich, but because we had grown so much it was becoming too costly for us to do. After looking at our options, we thought we'd give it a try. The admission fee covers our costs for props, decorations, costumes, electricity and food for our volunteer workers and the remaining money was donated to the local PBA. Each year after that we have been donating the proceeds to different local organizations that depend on community support such as the Child Id Program and the Volunteer Fire Department. In 2002, we had friends who offered to sponsor us which covered a large portion of our expenses leaving a greater amount of proceeds to be donated. |
Rallville's Wicked Woods is an amateur home haunt dedicated to providing those who enter a safe and fun trick or treating enviroment for a small admission fee that we will in turn donate the proceeds to a local organization of our choice. |

For us, Rallville is a labor of love. It's something we put alot of hard work and all of ourselves into. We love coming up with new ideas every year for room designs and props. We love seeing the looks on peoples faces when they get a good scare. When they stop to look at and appreciate the work that we've done. We love hearing the kids and the adults too, walk out of the trail saying how cool it was. We love that people like what we're doing and enjoy it so much that they go threw a 2nd, 3rd and sometimes a 4th time. We love that we know we are providing a place for the kids to go trick or treating that is safe and entertaining and gives back to the community. |
What does Rallville do? |
Is Rallville age restricted? |
No, there is no age restriction. However, some scenes may be too grapghic for the very young. All kids are different and some can handle it and some can't. Parents know their children best so we ask them to use their discretion. In the past we have tried different things for the not so daring, such as, Candy Corn Alley and Scaredy Cat Lane, neither were used much so this year we are planning on having a mini walk through, strictly for 3 yr olds and under and possibly a moon walk for the 8 yrs and younger crowd. Still working on that one. |
